In a bowl, mix the soft butter, oil and sugar. Mix with a whisk, add the egg. Stir until the egg is incorporated, then add the flour mixed with baking powder. We start to knead with a spatula when the dough becomes coagulated. Add the chocolate chips. Mix enough to distribute throughout the dough.
Turn on the oven, prepare a form with baking paper.
We start to break the pieces of dough, I did not arrange them, I left them exactly as I broke them. However, it is a great dough that does not stretch very much when baked.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until they are nicely browned. I took them out to cool on a grill.
