RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pepper salad:

After the peppers are cooked, they are placed in a bowl, sprinkled with salt to clean them more easily. When they have cooled, peel them.
Separately prepare a mixture of oil, vinegar and salt in which the baked and cleaned peppers will be introduced. They will be served with new french fries (that was my choice).
For my mother-in-law, I replaced the vinegar with lemon juice because she is allergic to vinegar.
