Sheaves (pods) of green beans fried with mujdei

A simple, quick and cheap recipe, fried shells with mujdei are wonderful in summer and are very good both hot and cold, straight from the fridge. You can serve them simple with mujdei and polenta during Lent or you can use them as a garnish for various dishes, they are ready in a maximum of 30 minutes.

Method of preparation:
We wash the bean pods well and tear off their heads and splints, or if you have frozen sheaths it is not necessary to defrost them. We fry them in a pan with oil.

After the sheaths have been fried, remove them on an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with salt.

In a bowl make a simple mujdei: grind the garlic, add salt to taste and water, or mix with oil like mayonnaise then add water / mineral water / yogurt.
For a wonderful taste and appearance you can also add a baked tomato given on a large grater.

Although these cases are so easy to cook, I assure you that the taste is amazing. You can't stop eating.

They are extremely delicious in combination with mujdei and polenta. They can be eaten plain during fasting if you keep it or you can use them as a garnish for various meat dishes.
